EVENTS

   
 
The following are workout dates and times for all runners and sprinters with Fast Lane.
 
High School-   Every Sunday beginning April 11th @ 12pm @ Farmington High
 
Youth -        Mondays and Wednesdays beginning April 7th  @ 6:30pm @ Farmington High
 
High School track athletes will use the Sunday workouts for strength work, plyos, block starts, drills, technique, and core work.  These sessions will continue throughout the season and will end at High School State Championships. 
 
Youth track athletes will workout twice a week for preparation of their spring and summer meets.   Meets include Hershey Track and Field, USATF Youth Nationals and Junior Olympics.
